About the Function

In Production, the main goal is to achieve budgeted operational KPIs in a safe environment. The role involves overseeing manufacturing processes including planning, procurement, organising, and directing workers. Quality management of fabric and products is essential to ensure consistency and compliance with standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the global production calendar in direct support to strategic marketing calendar moments
• Design end-to-end processes with central and regional teams for production projects
• Manage project risks and develop contingency plans across all regions
• Monitoring overall progress and use of resources, managing performance of suppliers
• Apply technical and quality strategies underpinned by sustainability
• Research and implement innovative, efficient working methods
• Build relationships with manufacturers and suppliers for on-time, on-budget delivery
• Maintain accurate fabric information in databases

Your Skillset

• Knowledge of textiles and fabric techniques (i.e. sewing and pressing skills)
• Strong organisation and negotiation skills with an aptitude for budget
• Experience with large volumes of data entry, ensuring complete detail and accuracy
• Understanding of both 2D and 3D production techniques
• Knowledge and passion for textiles and sustainability
