About the Function
Operations roles within fashion mainly focus on Supply Chain and Logistics; they can be either local or global in scale. The scope encompasses store architecture, network improvements, fulfillment and packaging, and warehouse management with continuous process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Own, drive and deliver logistics projects which relate to the store and warehousing network
- Partner with service providers as intermediary between business and trusted partners
- Manage multiple deliveries concurrently whilst remaining focused and maintaining a meticulous eye for detail
- Establish effective governance and working practices for project delivery and cost control
- Build and coordinate cross-functional teams with internal and external stakeholders
Your Skillset
- Strong technical understanding to allow engagement with contractors and development teams
- Understand design drawings and coordinate engineering discipline projects (store architecture focus)
- Strong Commercial acumen with financial and analytical capability
- Strong stakeholder management skills. Ability to lead a matrix project team, to ensure delivery of agreed milestones
- Demonstrate experience managing multiple projects with proven on-time delivery
- Possess procurement and forecasting knowledge
